This form must be completed by students who wish to re-register at Kasa High School for the forthcoming academic semester or year. Please note that the re-registration deadline for the Spring Semester is January 31st, while the deadline for the Fall Semester is September 30th. Students are advised to submit the form 30 days prior to the expiration of their previous registration.
