Andreas Kassinos holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts, a BA in Hotel Management and an MBA. He has also been highly qualified in the field through his work in different branches and his attendance in seminars and courses on food, health and hygiene. He has worked as a Cooking Instructor in tertiary education and as a Chef and Sous Chef in several hotels and restaurants all over Cyprus and abroad. Additionally, he has been a Programme Officer at Cyprus Sustainable Tourism Initiative and has conducted seminars related to cooking, handling food and promoting various types of cuisine. His interest in contributing to humanity is further obvious in his voluntary work as a member of the Civil Defence rescue team.
